    2014 Season Kickoff Beach Party at Lake Lure Beach
    Event Description:
    Come gather with friends at Lake Lure Beach on May 6, 2014 from 5:30-9 p.m. for the Chamber of Hickory Nut Gorge’s Season Kickoff Beach Party.
    Enjoy a savory barbecue dinner, hit the dance floor, and cool down with a refreshing glass of wine or beer. Bring your blankets and chairs and huddle ‘round the bonfire for S’mores as the night cools. Tickets are $25 per person and $40 per couple and include your first glass of wine or beer, a drink Koozie, dinner, and S’mores for desert. There will be a cash bar available as well. The event will also feature a cake walk and raffle with great prizes.
    This fund-raising event, co-sponsored by Larkin's on the Lake and the 1927 Lake Lure Inn & Spa, benefits Chamber programs and will help fund customer service training videos produced by the Guest Services Support Team (GSST). The GSST developed from two recent customer service seminars presented by the Chamber for business owners and managers outlining the importance of providing superior guest services throughout our community. These videos will be playing at the event and will be an integral part of the customer service training program available for frontline employees.
