Don't miss the Grand Opening, June 6 from 10-6 p.m.Event Description:Come join us on Saturday, June 6, 2015 from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. for the Grand Opening celebration of Aunt Teak & Uncle Junk’s antiques and country store. The Chamber is proud to welcome new members and neighbors, Kim & Dave Frindt, at the launching of their new retail business located at 3143 Memorial Highway in Lake Lure.
The public is invited to attend this day-long event and enjoy complimentary coffee, ice tea, lemonade, popcorn, cookies & pulled pork sandwiches. Browse a fine selection of antiques and collectibles as well as shirts, snacks, cold drinks, bagged ice, toiletries, camping supplies, and more.
“Aunt Teak & Uncle Junk’s will be a fitting addition to our Gorge retail establisments,” said Tina Wolfe of the Chamber of Hickory Nut Gorge. “The Frindts have done a fabulous job in both the décor of the store and the diversity of product offerings.”
