Teams with Sponsorship's

Teams must consist of 10ppl –
Each team member must raise at the minimum $20 (minimum sponsorship is $10 per sponsor)
There needs to be 1 Team Captain-
Each team member can use a separate Sponsorship Form. Team Captain must have all forms and all money to turn in at the Plunge Team Registration table at 10:30am 1/1/16

Individuals with Sponsorship's
