$20 per person to Plunge, must have signed waiver (you can obtain one by emailing or sign one day of)
Prizes for: Best Costume, Youngest/Oldest Plunger, Farthest Traveled to Plunge, Mayor’s Choice

Teams with Sponsorship's
Teams must consist of 10ppl –
Each team member must raise at the minimum $20 (minimum sponsorship is $10 per sponsor)
There needs to be 1 Team Captain-
Each team member can use a separate Sponsorship Form. Team Captain must have all forms and all money to turn in at the Plunge Team Registration table at 10:30am 1/1/16Sponsored Team Prizes
The Team that has highest amount of money raised by sponsorship's
The Team that has the best Team ThemeIndividuals with Sponsorship's
Must raise a minimum of $20 (minimum sponsorship is $10 per sponsor)
Must have Sponsorship Form and all money to turn in at the Plunge ISponsored Individual Prize
The Individual that has highest amount of money raised by sponsorship's
