Come out in full Mardi Gras regalia to celebrate Fat Tuesday and raise funds for the new Lake Lure Classical Academy! This Raise the Roof fund-raiser is presented by the Lake Lure Smokehouse on Saturday, March 7 from 6:30 to 10:30 p.m. at the 1927 Lake Lure Inn & Spa's Roosevelt Hall.


Party-goers can enjoy an authentic Cajun buffet including Chicken & Andouille sausage Etouffee, shrimp Creole, red beans and rice, apple cobbler, soft drinks, tea & bottled water, dance the night away to Bayou Diesel and plenty of off-the-wall opportunities to earn your beads!
All funds will go to fund the construction of the new gymnasium for the school and event sponsorship is available by contacting Tim Turner at 828-625-5140. Tickets are $50 a piece and are on sale at:
