Chef Polo Alonso and his team will be pairing two small plates with two wines to go with the delicious cuisine you will be savoring. Chef Polo’s specialty in the culinary arts is pairing the perfect wines with a five-seven course dinner. As the newest member of the Esmeralda Inn, Chef Polo now graciously hosts a chef table that can seat up to eight people. The Esmeralda innkeepers, Kim and Don Carson, want to share their passion for food and wine with you at the Wine Down Wednesday Club!
